The Live Well San Diego Equity Ambassador Program (LEAP) concluded in April 2024 and is now integrated into the Youth Leadership Team. The achievements of the LEAP Content Creators and Ambassadors include: 

• Producing more than 200 pieces of youth-centered content about health equity topics 
• Reaching 135,842 accounts on social media
• Engaging over 6,600 individuals through one-on-one conversations, flyers, school club discussions, and presentations
