Elizabeth Wellbrock standing in front of treesWelcome to the Live Well San Diego Community and Faith-Based Organizations and Rural Communities (CFBOR) Sector. The CFBOR Sector was expanded in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and has continued to grow ever since. The sector offers opportunities for community-based organizations and faith-based organizations collaborate with one another, share resources and best practices, and work together to promote healthy, safe, and thriving communities. The CFBOR Sector also includes Rural Communities, which brings together community stakeholders, organizations, and individuals serving rural communities in San Diego County. We invite you to explore the information on this website, and we look forward to connecting through the CFBOR sector! - Elizabeth Wellbrock, Community and Faith-Based Organizations and Rural Communities Sector Lead
